In Memoriam - Joan Tufts (Moffat)

DCAT Chorus sadly announces the passing of Joan Tufts (Moffat). Joan was a DCAT member during the early years of the Chorus. She was married to the late Jim Tufts (former DCAT member) and was sister to the late Gord Moffat (former DCAT member and President) and to John Moffat (current DCAT member).

With a sad heart I announce the passing of my Mom yesterday in her sleep peacefully. As per Mom’s wishes, cremation will follow with no services. Any further arrangements will be decided at a later date and details will be provided then. Drum corps and music was my Mom and Dad’s passion and life and we are grateful for all your outpouring of support and sympathies in this difficult time.
